Ooh, that's a tricky one. If it's all one file, the only way I can think of is to put it on a jump drive and ship it to West Canada. But if it is actually several files (or if you split it up in a video editor), you can upload it free in just two or three segments to uploading.com ... hope this helps

What's the limit of a single file there? I can also transfer it if you use Skype .
