Anyway, I noticed you cannot go into a vortex on a level until all of the enemies on it have been defeated.

Kinda random, but I found out that a good way to kill the 1st on lvl 79 is to diagonally kick a bomb into the teleport on the top right.

Is it just me or does the order sometimes not work on lvl 41 even when I hit all three fruits with 1 blue bomb?

If the apple is not on the same platform as #1, it should work, but if the apple is on a lower platform than #2, then they'd fall off the screen in the wrong order.

I mean, when you kill enemies using blue bombs, the order they're killed is determined by when they disappear off the bottom of the screen.
