Cleaning the computer from a virus is not a good thing to do most of the times. Every 9 out of 10 viruses corrupt files and they can't be fixed afterwards. It may be something you will never find out about or it may just waste your time. Format your hard drive (actually the system drive (the one with Windows installed) should be enough) and reinstall Windows. Is your hard drive split in separate pieces?
