Okay, I see. It was an exaggeration. I won't kill myself, but when I see bank chefs suiciding because they lost their money (which means that they would still live at a quite high standard, compared to the rest of the world!), I could understand her doing so.
And if you look at the situation properly, the action is not even that radical: She has reached this convention with incredible effort and all that happened was that these politicians clapped their hands and continued as always. If it was not like that, the world would look differently, at least a bit. See what happened: we are even more greedy than in 1992, we don't care the least bit for others, leading to things like a whole country first being led to complete ruin and at last being saved because otherwise we would take damage ourselves, NOT because they need it. And Greece is only the tip of the iceberg.
I'm sorry, I have talked myself a bit into rage

But I hope you see what I mean. That which happens in Greece was the first theme to awaken my politic interest, and so far I have seen exactly one person doing something useful: prime minister Papandreou. All the others who have done something have either been really cruel (like the rating agencies. Never heard of that before, but the idea itself is already cruel) or at least had bad motives to do something good (like the german government and other european governments, who help Greece only because the Euro would be less valuable if Greece collapsed completely. And don't ever say "we have enough problems ourselves" without looking at India or Brazil and thinking that they are even in a quite good situation!).
And again another paragraph that has become too long... When I start writing, I can't stop

oO This is the end now.
