I am trying to go for the Pyramid Pass. I have started this months ago, and there are many players who have started much later than me and already got it (the first two I think of are dAwbjNS and Latvia; pigletto is at least as far as I am). I think I am not really a good player, but I have fun when I am playing and I have advanced quite far. This is the only thing where John and me are different - because neither of us is a good player. Why should we stop?

In my opinion games get boring if i don't get progress for a long time.

Today's first death came on level 32 when I missed a routine jump because of lag. It only got uglier from there... On the bright side, I did get a gold coin, my first in a very long time.

jd, I don't think there is a definitive answer to your question. It's just a matter of having quick hands, so you can launch bombs in at them and kick their slices if necessary. I haven't been to the 80's, so I can't say I have experienced what you are referencing.

jd1234: You must be talking about Level 70. (Level 80 has Watermelons. ) The kiwi mines are easily avoided by jumping (Unless playing on UE...), and if you launch a bomb when you get down there, you can take out the Kiwi easily. Apples seem to like to do that to me on levels with Black Bombs. I'll set down the bomb where they're going to go, and they just continually launch seeds until the bomb detonates.

As a side note, I believe that when there are a bunch of bombs in one place, you can kick them all at once.

Now for the Venting. C is usually a very common letter for me. This game, a game where I really needed the extra life, there wasn't a single C... Grahhh...
