Also, I don't see 97 as a problem at all. In fact, I think it may actually be the easiest level in the 90's. You just wait at the bottom, they come down a few at a time, and you drop them down with blue bombs. It has been quite a long while since I died on that level.

Sadly, the fireball usually kills at least once with that strategy...

What can I say? That pineapple on level 62.5 is as tough as Tuber. Uses the stomp to protect himself and knock you off your platform and into the void. Cost me so many lives..

You probably already tried this ... but launch a bomb at the pineapple first thing, as you're falling into the level. Usually it'll take care of him easily.

Died thrice on 90.

When Igor is in the far bottom-left corner, and the bottom pineapple is on the platform right next to him and decides to stomp, is there any way to survive ? or any way to avoid this situation ?

@Joe, random question: In UE, do black bombs kill Igor ?

That's what I tried today. Unfortunately, the pineapple saved his own life with a well-timed stomp to push away the bomb.

Second-highest score ever, but still many instances of "Did you see that?!"-level bad luck...

Forgot to pause my game when I was looking at something else.
Lost five lives on level 5.
Fortunately, I went back to my game before I was wiped out entirely. I managed to survive on my two lives until 72.1.4 (and I got my 10th in the process).

Oh yeah, and I didn't die again until 57 ... which is a mega record for me in NM.

A good game for items nonetheless:

NM run ended at the level 92... ...again... ...too many lag deaths on the levels before, so I had only one extra life.

No new items unlocked...

92 & 95 =
