I had a good chance of getting another nightmare key this time, but then I suddenly got very unlucky and died 3 times of level 90, and once more on level 91, ruining my chances. I don't think there is much i could have done to prevent that death on level 91 either - I dodged the strawberry's ball, but the at the same moment I landed a pineapple stomped, giving the strawberry a second chance to kill me which I could not possibly dodge.

Ewwwww... that's terrible, man. You don't know what it's like to play in 2 player mode and the strawberry to shoot at the point where the second player comes - sure death before you enter the level .
Are you trying to beat the game on Nightmare mode? Remember to go in the parallel dimension at level 92, if you enter level 93 the normal way (falling from 92) you will experience the thing I mentioned above

That does sounds nasty, but personally I don't like the idea of playing 2 player mode solo .

I am indeed. I have been working on unblocking the nightmare key for a while now, but I've still only got 3. I think I complained about losing a life at the start of 93 earlier in this thread, and it might have been you who suggested what I could do about it, which I have been doing ever since then .

Ever seen that the strawberry seeds don't have to touch you to hit?

I finally, FINALLY got to the final level of that Troglogrotto! But of course, with just one life left, and just one more small mango to kill, the fireball got me.

Argh... Something for the top 10 most stupid things that can happen to you...

Step 1: See a here, but be unable to get it (okay, you can't ever reach the effect item there... But this one is really unlucky^^)

Step 2: Find in the extremely hard level after this (this one) (YEAH!!! Got the there once... It was sooo cool^^), but then get hit by a strawberry seed when there are about 4 enemies left.

Step 3: Try to post this as one of the top 10 most stupid things that could ever happen to you and accidentally open the forum in the same tab as the game --> game ended with ~5 or 6 lives left.

Enough for today... Could have become one of the best games I ever played (until now... Better ones will come)

Ouch that sucks...sorry to hear that man. I remember doing the same thing with the ranking button...

And I have something to add to that list,

Step 4: Walking away from a strawberry ball only to have a pair of glasses appear inside your body flipping the stage around making you turn around into the ball you were walking away from. It happened to me, it was so bogus.

Step 5: When you've killed all the enemies and the big crystal appears, you let your guard down and a projectile hits you, killing you and making you lose the big crystal.

30191, actually you can get the Effect item there. I've done it a couple of times. However I am always afraid that I will get the Purple pearl there and I won't be able to reach it *CRY*

Zemeckien, the glasses flips your screen but you continue to walk in the same direction (away from the ball). However you have pressed the other direction button, because of the confusion and you have died. I've done it a couple of times .

Okay, you can get it. But to get it, you have to go for it directly from the beginning. This is not necessary in 90% of the games reaching the level; and I don't play too well at all, so I would almost certainly lose a life trying to reach it.

Dunkar: This is really unlucky But I managed once to get the "good" part of this step: Get hit by the bombinos at level 54, die, and reappear exactly in the big crystal - you get it, and then it can't vanish anymore
