The game started out really well, but pretty much went downhill from when I lost my first life on pd 25.

Beat PD 62 on my first try. It helped that I got 3 in the same game! I now have 5 controllers.

Game ended on level 90. That level is practically impossible if one doesn't get off to a good start...

So, so true. There are some good tips in the most recent posts of the Q&A thread, though, which might help.

If it doesn't look like the level is beginning favorably (i.e. if Pineapple #2 wants to hog the lower ledge), patience can be your friend. You CAN drop down under Pineapple #1 as soon as you enter the level, if you're lucky, but sometimes it's better to hang out on the upper platform until the coast is clear.

Neato, Neko. I dream about Hammerfest once in a while, but it's never very interesting. (It mostly consists of running around unspecified levels and picking up umbrellas.) XD

Vanilleon, I'd say go after Nightmare Tuber. Of course, you're welcome to try PD0 or get / if you want....
