It looks like the good luck is going around... Today I got my 8th Tuber's Bag (which lasted exactly one level ), 2nd White Beans, AND 3 's all in the same game! I also snagged my 5th Green Beer Mushroom yesterday.

Oh my ... I feel like I should play again while the game is still generous

Zoyyyyy, I am very surprized that you've unlocked the pyramid pass but not the nightmare key. Do you really find the pyramid pass easier to get ?

I don't really remember as it was many years ago, but I never bothered completing nightmare mode more than once as it bored me. I'd prefer to make progress in a different direction rather than complete the same goal 9 more times.
I think during Hell runs if I didn't feel I had enough lives to go the snow bomb route I just went for another Pyramid instead, which ended up in me unlocking it.

(I'm bitter though, because the Pearl appeared on level 62, and in my rush, I missed ONE gem and accidentally entered the door to the Caves of Loop... where I then lost 3 lives on the evil level 63.2... My game was going perfectly until then.)

Btw, the 353rd item does (as far as people know) not exist, so with 303 items you even only had 49 items left

Hey Nemo, congrats for your 1st liquor, and the multiple unlocking !

Keep going, unlocking the Tuber items have never been so close.

I found my first green mushroom last week, and I keep progressing slowly but surely on keys and pads.

From my own experience on the french server, I had unlocked the bobble cane far earlier than I found my 2nd evil liquor. But that's still soooooo satisfying to finally complete the quest, access the PD and unlock the wine key and the Sounie pad.

....forgot to say that I also got two Golden Igors - but neither of which imparted the power needed to vanquish that d*** Tuber.
