Which is the hardest level in hammerfest?

Everyone can vote for 10 levels with points from 1-10.
So let me start.

1. RC.2 - 29 pts
2. 86.0 - 17 pts
3. 86.1 - 13 pts
4. 54.6 - 12 pts
5. 54.8 - 11 pts
6. 0.5 - 9 pts
7. RC.12 - 8 pts
7. RC.11 - 8 pts
7. TT.15 - 8 pts
10. 46.4 - 7 pts
10. RC.8 - 7 pts
12. 54.2 - 5 pts
13. RC.10 - 4 pts
13. 46.6 - 4 pts
13. 82.4 - 4 pts
16. 23.2 - 3 pts
16. 51.7 - 3 pts
18. 95 - 2 pts
19. 51.10 - 1 pt
19. TT.9 - 1 pt

You can vote for other levels.
You CAN'T vote for one level more than once.
There aren't levels like 16.1, 55.1. Please correct these mistakes and watch for the right level names.

General order of my difficult levels, hardest on down. Some days a level or two comes easier, some days not

1. 54.8 Is one of my hardest.
2. 16.1 I never go in because I never make it.
3. 23.2 Usually claims a life or two.
4. 77.2 Is where I've been stalling lately for my next pad.
5. 73 is a real PIA (I always go in PD 72 to skip over 73)
6. 46.1 I can do, but I have to have a really good day.
7. 55.1 Gah! I hate ice levels.
8. 90 Can be tricky
9. 42.4 Can be a bother.
10. Toss us between 87 or 95.

(I mentioned levels the same like it is on cadomax)

1. RC2 - 10
2. 0.6 - 9 (it is about order )
3. RC11 - 8
4. 46.5 - 7 (about hardly possible to get point item)
5. 86.1 - 6
6. 54.2 - 5 (I don't die there more than once but it is hard to kill every fruit before fireball get you with 13+ lives in mode..)

It was very hard to choose rest of them...

7. 46.7 - 4 (because this is the only level from this PD where I have never done an order)
8. 23.3 -3 (because I always try and always fail (also order))

Do I have nice items unblocked?

I don't really have idea which ones but let see..

9. 51.8 - 2 (reason the same as with 54.2)
10. 51.11 - 1 (because I will never make up how to get to by my self )
