You can hit the Quote button multiple times to make it "invisible" longer. Or think of a nice signature including some items.

Never happens when I play on Firefox...
But don't give up yet! And never use IE.

Try to reinstall Flash player and/or stop some FF addons from working.
Sadly, it may be some program that is autoinstalled with your laptop. I find them more annoying than helpful in 90% of the times.

Zax, why don't you try UNSTABLE EXPLOSIVES+MIRROR+-TORNADE+-NINJUTSU? (I know you have beaten the game at all mods) to see what will happen at level 5-6-6.0.

You had crash playing "Mirror+UE+Ninjutsu". Do you want me to try the same or try it with Tornado as well?
I still think that some Laptop software may be the reason to your browser crashing. Are they from the same manufacturer?
