I was actually wondering what those things were that you have... I have yet to see those. Ace of spades appears after you complete a certain quest. I forget which, but the majority of the stuff I have becomes available after completed quests.

ncraig- the constellations come after you get a book. You only need one, then these zodiac statues will appear and each time you grab one red star appears as well. I'm looking forward to getting the cards... do they do anything interesting?

when you pick up a card, all enemies turn into crystals. So far I think they've only turned into blue crystals, but maybe there are other types of cards I haven't found yet.
