What is the ban penalty for small spam?

Small spam = warning; warning; ban.
Bad mouthing might be more... dependning on the words (in this case abbreviatures) used.

Well I was just giving examples in the nexy poster thread, and good its just three days

Okay, I bet this is answered somewhere, but I couldn't find the answer. I'm aware of that there is a coeff 0 in PD51, but every time I enter the room, I only find the . It wasn't until yesterday that the Golden Igor also blessed me with its presence.
That makes me wonder, is there a special requirement for the coeff 0 in PD51 to appear?

You have to slow down your computer. I don't know how many exactly FPS you need but you can use CPU killer to slow down your computer Use it just before entering this level. It works

yes there is, your fps has to be low (i think under 30 or something). you can download a cpukiller and make your computer slower in the level before so that it appears in the level itself. as soon as you see that appeared you can put your fps back to normal and go get it
