If you watch where the are when they shoot their bombs, you can tell which ones wont make it to the plaform

All the bombs shot by the upper will make it on. If the bottom are at the middle or side nearest to you, they'll likely make it on. If the on the bottom are far away from you, you can ignore them.

Additionally, a helpful trick if multiple bombs are being tossed is to jump and kick a bomb, so that when you land, you'll be able to kick off another one. If you stand on the platform and two or three bombs get tossed at once, you're probably done for.

I got my 1st (and still, only) BoS on Feb. 12th, my 12th constellation on April 4th, and my 12th potion on June 2nd… Would you say these lengths of time are average, considering that I reached level 40 only about once a week, and never passed level 47?

The simple fact is that my alternate ego called piet has lied to hide his shame of disliking statistics, while the other ego called 30191 was a bit more honest towards himself. So it was still the same thing, only expressed in a different (and differently reputable) way.
