When a mod edits someone else's post, what items are available?

For example, if Zax edited my post, could he post Tuber's bag, (which I have only 3 of, but he has unblocked)?

There are no profits :) Only if you got to the hall of fame you will be able to write few words that everybody could read :) The only gift is given after finishing game.
