If you mean red bomb (snow bomb) than yes. In this awesome game is only one c0 item which is unblocked after getting your 1st one ( ). And maybe but I'm sure that no one tried to get only one when he/she saw it and finish the game

i have that brown thing 4 times and the helmet 2 times, but i don't get the blow pipe, is theire something i have to do for that?

no you dont have to do anything its just very rare so you va to wait i only have 3 or 4 of it and finished the quest already befoe 1 year or something

It's not that rare, actually. Just uncommon.

Oh, I noticed a small Tuber-potato discussion a few pages back. Just would like to point out that Motion-Twin obviously designed Tuber to resemble a... Well... Tuber (a potato is a tuberous root, after all).
