Hidden items? Huh? Do you mean 1051 and the Golden Igor on 84? Jump into a certain spot. And yes, good luck, I will never make it there. :( I'll try. :)

well, i have now 1 ,
and nightmare mode finaly,
it's not that hard, i try it my first time and died in lvl 88 , i mean, i thought i would die at level 20 or something ....
