Just a quick question.

What is there to prevent me from running back and forth between levels in PD33 with some sort of 10 points item (magical cactus, leaf, etc)and keep repeating this over and over, except for a sense of honour and a lack of time?

Nothing, it would just take a rediculous amount of time. I think you can also do it on level 102 (whichever one is the second last level), but again, it would take a huge amount of time.

To me its not worth the effort

Doing the Math:

Base Score: 10 (b)
Time Increment: 2s (t)
End Meaningful Score: 4000000 (s)

s/bt= 4000000/(2*10)= 200000 seconds

200 000 seconds = 3 333 minutes = 56 hours = 2.3 days

Do you really want to spend more than 2 straight days running back and forth for a boost of 4 million? Especially now that you cannot pause?

No, i wasn't going to anyways, but imagine and a golded mushroom. Kicking the bombs into the doors to make them auto-explode means about 5 per second. 5*(10+25)= 175 points a sec. 1,000,000/175 is roughly 1 million points per 2 hour. Not saying it's viable that way, but you COULD use it to boost your score by 500,000 (1 hour), right?

I like fair play and find the tactic cheap, but i thought about it running around in PD33 to find the exit.

that would quadruple your score per second and thus 4 mil per 2 hour. 4 hours of grinding for a 10mil highscore.. More viable, but extremely unlikely that you will get all those before 33
