Yes.

You need it for a quest "Advanced ball control" in "Soccerfest" (so practically it's useless), but it also gives you 70k and a life. When you learn to pass the level without dying you will be in advantage of it. But I advice you not to go there before you start reaching lvl 90+ with every game.
