There are no secrets and there is no danger after you beat Tuber. There are 2 coins on the level after you beat him.

Is that how level 103 is reached?

Level 103 is the level you normally reach after beating Tuber in normal, Nightmare, Mirror, Tornado or Ninjutsu mode. With the two empty levels, you can get to 106 in UE mode; or (once, some time ago on the french server) even 116.

Woah! Is it still possible to reach 116? Are there any videos?

As far as I know you can't get to 116 any more. I remember someone saying that the levels from 104 to 106 are empty, so basically it's like there are no levels at all.
