I have asked Ayame about this problem but she said that the forum works like this (I am sure that months ago I was able to sticky messages even if they were not directly started by me).

Anyway you can bump this post or I can make a new one and sticky it, you can choose.

I was able to sticky it!

In order to do this I must edit your first post and then select sticky!
If I simply post a new reply and select "Sticky", the topic will stay on the normal list

P.S. can't you simply edit your first post in order to keep it updated?

I just read that I can update the first post So I will do this from now on.
