Heh, I found that block by complete accident once... I've been able to collect all the pieces once I got the double bomb but I let it slip to the bottom and for a second I noticed I was walking, not falling and was like "Holy crap! Secret!"

What does this item do?

It gives points, and it helps you to finish the quest with sandy(the one that makes you play two people in one game)

& the places where i know there's is on the first level(the one with the well), you go on the highest platform on the right and you jump on the one in the middle, there's a coin. When you are on the second level and you want to pass to the third, fall completly at the right and a coin will appear.

@DanielFreak: On every level there is 1 effect item and 1 point item. Effect items don't give points, and point items don't have effects.

@Thread: Visit [cadomax.com]. It lists almost all PDs (parallel dimensions).

Gmnemno: About the "Point and Effect Items"... Doesn't the Golden Mushroom give points in addition to an effect?

point items give points and nothing else; effect items can give effects without points, or effects that create points - for ewample and also the golden mushroom which creates a "50000-PERFECT" bonus.
By the way, also gives points plus an effect, and does so too
