I just found that on 13.3 there is a secret. Jump to the rightmost dot on the bottom and a bunch of red crystals will appear.

What effect does the Ankhel Jewel have? I didn't notice anything unusual the one time I got it -- but then again, I might have missed it while saying "Hooray!" and jumping up and down along with Igor.
