If this was the french server, I would say for #10... But here I think is correct; and I agree with the other solutions.

Explanation #10: The other items contain bread; does not. But on the french server, is a form of ice cream, not a bread - so there it would be correct and the ice's wafer (correct word? the light brown part of it) would have to be seen as "similar to bread"...

Well, seeing as was'nt a candidate, there couldn't be a mix up with that.

#9: I can see two possibilities:
Because it is the only one not given as a result of picking up a different item. (Yes I know you have already said its wrong, but that doesn't change that it is very different from the others.)
because it is the only one you can pick up every time (in parallel dimension 16).

Gah, I really don't feel concentrated today. Yes, #9 is correct because of the fact that it's the only item you don't get as a result of a diffrent item.

And it is the only effect item btw

Well, oiginally the fact that it's an effect item did'nt come into mind. The other one did.
