Electriczax: I haven't had good luck with items :/
The rarest item that I unblocked is ...
And the rarest item I saw (my 1'st and only seen coeff. 6 item) was an ace of hearts, but I couldn't get it because the bottom lemon killed me, because it was on level 36.
Well, I guess it's time for 16-20... I'm running out of ideas with the items I have... I need more and rarer ones...

I think that the answer is because it seems that the order of the symbols are head, creature, head, creature, "head" and eye .

Whoops, forgot to add the 6'th item for #16
It should be

#16: - need to be cook
#17: - it is positive and gives you a life
#18: - the only one for eat
#19: - this is hard.. the only one which changed after you got it
#20: - funny face

Sailorvenus: You got #17 correct (the only one with a positive effect) and #18, though the reason is "The rest have silver in them"
The other 3 are still in though.

#16 is correct, but I had in mind making you post WHAT quest exactly. So if you pos what quest is it not featured in which all others are, then I'll count as a pass. The other 2 are incorrect.
