Fish (i.e. Pisces) come from the sea.
Its source is the BoS; not many can see that too often.
"Limited edition" because once you finish the quest, you can't see it anymore.

Wrong. But close. The second line is VERY specific. Think about it, I wanna see if you can figure out why.

Well ... It could also be Aquarius, I suppose, using the same logic.

I'm guessing (from what you just said) that the second line refers not to the item, but to the constellation itself. Unfortunately, I don't know enough about constellations to tell you how it could fit.

OH ! Or it could be Cancer. I forgot that crabs come from the sea, as well.

(I'm guessing that understanding the second line is the key to figuring out which one is the correct solution.)

Capricorn is usually depicted as a goat with a fish-tail, and I can sort of see how its source (parents ) would be mysterious... but that doesn't sound quite right.

Is it ? It's a STARfish, so Celeste would be a good name, even though it's a sea creature. You never exactly see where it comes from when it appears, and it stops being available after you complete the BoS quests. Actually, isn't it the one item in the game that is possible to "miss forever" if you don't unblock it during the quest? That sounds like limited edition.

Anyway, I guess that's my guess.
