I don't get line two.
Line three means people are willing to die to see/get this item, so it's either rare or powerful.

Piou-Piou. It's head covers your eyes, makeing it impossible to see. It's co. 6, so it's rare, and since i haven't got it i can't fit it into the first line.

Could be something like . When you are able to get it (i.e. you got the two evil liquors), you don't care much because it is not hard to get, but as long as you are unable, you would kill to get the liquors, and getting these means seeing the item. Or being able to see it.
