My routine:
First, stand over the teleporter and bomb the top blob through the wall so that it kills the lemon. (Thanks, Zax.) Makes things waaay easier.
Go through the teleporter and freeze the orange. Keep the orange rattling around in the pit while watching for the blobs to get into a convenient position. Without the lemon, it's fairly easy to judge when it's safe to climb up (freezing the blobs as necessary). Unless the raspberry spontaneously decides to harass you, you even have a great chance of getting the effect item.
With the blue bombs, drop the top blob into the middle box, then jump up and go through the teleporter again. Killing the raspberry is your top priority, so hang around on the lowest platform and be ready when it decides to drop down. If it's too far away to be scared by your bombs, go ahead and take care of the lower oranges and the apricot while you wait for it to come closer.
After the raspberry's gone, have fun seeing how many of the remaining fruits you can knock down before the fireball comes to give you a hug.
Like qwerty says, you should only lose one life there (or two if the raspberry is over-caffeinated).
