Pretty sure; but I'll try again as soon as I reach that level again (which does not happen too often - here I play too many PDs or even Hell so I don't always come to the end; and on the Spanish server I am missing which makes it harder... Remains the french one)

Finally beat PD42 (well, on my third try, haha). It exits into 45. I haven't gone into it on .net yet, but I am assuming it has either the same name as the other two servers (Ayamedium) or no name. The latter is more likely, imho.

By the way, the 92 order is really wrong. On my 5M game yesterday I tried to do it again. I recorded it, so I can upload the video somewhere...

The order messes up when there are lichies. It has something to do with the fact that they turn into a new enemy when you peel them with a white bomb. If you get a you'll see that the order is correct.

So I'd have to hit the peeled lychee last?

In 61, as I remember, somebody said that leechee must be hit so that it stays "unconscious" and falls down. Mayby on 92 same?

I've been wondering as well about how this works. I believe (though this is only an inference) that you always have to peel and kill the lychee with no kills in between. So basically, you have to wait. Which should actually be easier, since he is slower with his shell on.

But when I reach it, it will already be faster xD This method requires a lot more work... But I'll try next time. The level is not too hard at all (I would call it one of the easiest 90s together with 93 and maybe 97 if you don't want to get the big gem there And 91, unless you are unlucky...)

PD25 name confirmed. PD42 has no name, so I'm sticking with Ayamedium.

@pigletto: Are you sure about this ? Cadomax links to 34 as the next level.

Fairly sure.I have only seen it in videos, but it is an unusual PD in that it doesn't go straight down, it goes sideways too, and ends up going in a circle, so you come out exactly where you went in. Also, Cadomax saying it comes out at 34 doesn't mean much. Cadomax seems to say most PDs come out at the level after you go in, which is not true.

About the lychee: you need to kill it with its shell still on it to get the big crystal. The moment you remove the shell from a lychee is the moment you ruin the order. It is easy enough to do with blue bombs, but quite a lot of the levels with lychees are impossible to get the big crystal on as a result of this without a special item, including level 92.
