Since there are thousands of viruses out there, there is not just one solution. Sometimes viruses are simple - erase and forget. Other times when you get something you cannot help it but format (erase all data) and reinstall windows. In your case tve virus keeps coming again and again. So either you didn't clean it or there is something else that triggers it. You should try erasing all temporary internet files from whatever browser you use and do a full system scan (which may take several hours, depending on your harddrive and data).

And, try another antivirus software.

That's true. When I had McAfee, it kept giving me the same virus warning ... I looked it up and it turns out this was a common false positive, so I replaced it. AVG could be giving me the same problem, or maybe it just isn't healing it properly. I'll check with others ... and I suppose I could erase temp files. How would I go about starting a system scan if I have to ?

Mine's one of those scareware viruses, and we're just purging it using BitDefender v10.

I had one of those, and it made me realise that i didn't have an antivirus software on my computer... So i got any one that was not one that it said, and it went poof

On second thought, ANS, how large would all the original footage be together in a .zip file ? If it's not too large, you can just upload it and then you won't have to go to the trouble of posting individual PD's (which I'll be asking more about, since I'm trying to figure out the orders that Cadomax is vague about). I'd be most appreciative.
