I have never beat the game so far, i even built something like *easiest way* to complete the game from 00 to 100.

Should i keep trying to get to the boss? I heard that carrot gives +1 live at start its not that ultimately helpful. I never played duo mode, is there any useful items? Or i should focus on completing quests down below? But i cant understand how to get a lot of keys and joysticks

The extra life from the carrot is actually quite useful. Think about it this way ... without it you will always die earlier on in the game than with the carrot. And especially if you get to the boss with 1-2 lives, that life can really get in handy.
So my recommendation is to first beat the boss.
For this you only wanna enter the PDs where you gain lives in an average game.
The ones I would definitely not recommend to take are PD64 and PD82, since those two are very likely to cost you lives. Otherwise, as I said, if you find that you often leave a PD with less lives than you entered it with, also don't enter it.
Once you've beaten the boss once, I would go to Nightmare Mode and once you unblock , you may go and unblock the remaining controllers and keys.

After you've beat the boss you can try out the 2-player mode and go for the . Collect it 2 times and you will get a good advantae in 2-player mode in the future.

Havent seen the link button, ive seen screenshots of people having edit button on the forum so i thought since i cant edit my messages i have some kind of cropped account ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, about double mod, so the only point to play double mod to get heart for the double mode? Its no use for single mode right? Because the only way i can play double mode is controlling both players by myself, so i guess doesnt worth the sweat. And about big amount of lives i usually have like a lot of lives (9+)until something 60+ levels and then i lose all of them in 3-4 levels at the 75-90 Feels like i doomed or something

Progressing far is simply a matter of practice, not more and not less, you'll get there eventually
