What this sift + control + k does? I tryed it and it saved the game, but is there way to continue it then or is is just fast and safe way to quit if you need to go? (tested it on first lvl and it cost me one game xD)

Yes, that's exactly what it does. It ends your game quickly. It is good if your mom comes into your room and you have to act like you're studying on your computer or if you get that "one in 5 months coef. 6 item" and you don't want to risk power loss or something else that could lead to not saving your game.

ok i got problem, i just started new game and got this summer hat (yellow hat with red ribon) Now i cant bomb?!?! Does the effect go off in time or do i need to lose life at lvl 2.2?

I just got two golden igors one right after the other.... what's their rarity? I've never seen one before so I thought they would be less common.

They are Coef.3. It is quite possible to get the same Coef.3 item more than once in a game.
