Yep. Flashes, splashes and other effects with particles produce lagging. I second the advice to turn them off.

It looks like you already have half of them. Of the remainder, one takes some luck (Coefficient 5) and the rest take some skill (one's in the Dojo on Mirror Mode, one's on level 50 on Nightmare, etc.). You can find information about where to find everything at www.zaxarinka.com.

Why do some people get the 36 on 51.8, whereas I do not?

Are there other such golden igors, except the one in the 80's?

You have to decrease your FPS's to 30 or less. You can use CPU killer before you will enter this level :P You can also get 36 during a fight with Tuber on 101 :P
