I couldn't do it, because I had issues with my PC and couldn't possibly beat that level. But now it's all done and I'll have it uploaded in no time.

How is 2player bomb control unlocked? Snow bomb in 2p?
Or is it not added, and is 51 or missing item related?

Also, what is the helmet of volleyfest and what is it supposed to do?
It's a Soccerfest-exclusive item. Lets you upkick really high.

Is the last level in the training mode orderable, and is that the key to opening the well, rather than kicking the baddybombs onto the bucket?
I can not answer about the order, though probably not, but it is certain that it's impossible to open the door.

Is the missing item in Hammerfest the helmet, some sort of co7, or is it pd51 related?

Yeah, but the keyboard's full-size. I don't see how a desktop keyboard would function differently.
If I'm trying to control each character with a different hand Igor's jump and kick actions would both be controlled by the same finger, which doesn't work too well. If I'm trying to alternate control my hand naturally falls one key to the left of where it needs to be when I switch to Sandy and he keeps getting eaten by bananas before I can correct it.

You can play like this:
Thumb - left.
Index - bomb.
Middle - up.
Rink - right.
But I mostly use my Index finger for both bomb and left and use thumb only if I need to move left and place bombs at the same time.
