Updated version of the items list. I deleted the old version, so the old link is dead.

A few things:
-you forgot to change the name of the meluzin quest
-I think the name of the item meluzin key is fairly certain, and you can check yourself on level 78 even without it by moving in front of the lock, and it will tell you the name of the key (though I haven't done this myself and noticed the exact spelling recently)
- you have the etc item as coeff 4, but according to cadomax they are coeff 3.

I can now confirm that the name of cauliflower is correct . It may have been misspelled as cauliflour though, not sure.

I just received the green pearl again, and now I can say for certain that its name is green-moss pearl.

Also, you have listed as giving 17,000 points, but despite what cadomax says I'm pretty sure it actually gives 20,000 points.

I've gotten it 10 times and it always gave 17k.

cadomax is not perfect. For example, I didn't find there; some rarity coeffs seem to be wrong (but in that point we have to believe what cadomax says), the N64 pad gives 100k, not 17k (according to the videos), gives 1600, not 1200 (which cadomax says), ... So I think it is another mistake.

But thanks for the pearl I will add it ("Green-Moss Pearl" - correct?)

I read somewhere that the pyramid key gives 100 000 pts, but it gives "only" 30 000

Yes, green-moss pearl is correct. However, take a look at this video, it is clearly 20,000 points here.
