You're right about the magic number, But you need to look at the first part of the riddle too. :P and the very last part.

Wait, I got it; the 1150 has 3 dots on it, and it's made of rice. :D

It's not made of rice. :P You're thinking of Onigiri. 1150 is made of bread, but still, you are correct.

In name I am like rice, and in form I am like rice in name and conditions.
I carry the magic number, but you cannot find me with the magic number.

In name, Steamed. Steamed rice. In form, white, the color. Conditions is a reference to how the rice is, steamed. The magic number is 3, and there are 3 dots like you said. :P And since it's coeff 4, it will never be found as often as a coeff 3:!: the magic number. :P

Think of another word/phrase for "crazy." :)

Does it have to be an item? Because if not, i'll say Joekickass... crazy is a synonym for insane, which is a synonym for awesome.

People still haven't answered my riddle from a while back:

"If you get this item, you'll be laughing al the way to the banc."

Yes, the solution to my riddle is an item.

@Joe, "banc" is French for "bench," an object which is prominent in the film Forrest Gump (which also happens to be a comedy, hence the laughing).

Is it 1046 ? :D
