Makes it sound like a get-one-and-you-unblock-it item or . "The strongest smell" could be alcohol, and "Speed! Speed!" could refer to Tornade Mode, so I am going to guess it is the Wine Key.

I was saying for:
1. Smell- it looks like a pig, and pigs smell
2. It's on KadoKado, which isn't 'this world' (hammerfest) and you have to be quick in the games there.
3. You take it once you unblock it
