Games and items cannot be refunded regardless of the reason or how you lost it/them. We can only ask you to be more careful from now on. Log out of your account when you leave the room and don't give your password to anyone.

i know they cant be refunded but i just wanted to know if it was a glitch that happened to somebody else or not but i guess it was somebody else but thanks anyway =/

There is a Dolly, that kills me after a wihle when I pick it up. I can't solve it out what is that doing, so please somebody tell me It killed me 2 times... now when I pick it up, I finish the level fast, before it kills me.

Items, Quests and Families
The doll makes a raincloud appear above you (I think you have seen the cloud ). When Igor stands in the rain too long, he melts and dies - so you only die if you don't move for a few seconds. If you run around, the rain doesn't hurt you.

And if you stand directly below a platform (one that is low enough to jump on it without bomb-jump), it will protect you from the rain.

So: Don't stop moving, or stay under this protection When you have unblocked it, you won't want to take another one...

Is it allowed to have accounts on hfest.net+hammerfest.fr+hammerfest.es?

Yes its allowed.But one per server.

The only quest I remember doing before that game is the one where you collect 10 . But maybe I am getting lucky, because today I got 1 and yesterday I got my second.

Maybe you were "unlucky" for one or two games and didn't get any of those items... Or you have forgotten that you completed the quest

From Psychotronic on Jayisgames, regarding Hfest:

You buy games all at once, and then if you've bought a certain number of games total (thus filling a "panel"), you'll qualify to receive an additional number of games every Monday for life.

Unless they've changed the pricing, 5 Euros (or equivalent) gets you 25 games immediately, and 4 more games per week thereafter. Those games are cumulative--they'll stay in your account for whenever you want to use them.

When you sign up for your free account, you get 5 games immediately, and 1 game per day after that. But that 1 game per day isn't cumulative--it goes away if you don't use it.

It should tell you clearly on the shop page. Mine says "Bought games: 31 | Next panel: 75 games. Buy 44 more games to unblock 5 free games per week forever."

Can anyone give me more details ? Does this "panel" system still exist ... or was it done away with during the Great Update (because I don't see anything about it on the Hfest site) ?
