Not too normal, but apparently possible.

I think you're right. I am probably obsessing too much over BoS ... Because I am noticing more and more recently that, whenever I have (or even ), I hardly use them at all. In fact, more often than not, I forget that I have them (unless I also have or ). While up-kick would certainly save me a few lives per game, I'll try not to lose too much sleep over it.

I also have a question ... though it is more opinion than fact.

What is your policy on 's, 's, , and (since they all essentially make the point item disappear) ? Assuming you want the effect item at the time ... do you wait for the point item, and do you try to get it before the effect item (or does it depend on how high its value is) ? I usually try to grab the point item and then make my way back to the effect item, but I often find that it poofs before I can get back to it, and then I just end up kicking myself.

Depends. For , , and , if it's an easy level, I'll go after the points and I probably won't even use the umbrella, but for the others whose effects give you points ( give , give , give ), there's a few things:

1. Have I unblocked the point item?
If yes, go to #2
If no, then GET THE POINT ITEM

2. Have I unblocked the effect item?
If yes, go to #3
If no, then GET THE EFFECT ITEM

3. Would the point item give me more points than the effect item would give?
If yes, then GET THE POINT ITEM
If no, then GET THE EFFECT ITEM

3. Would the point item give me more points than the effect item would give?
If yes, then GET THE POINT ITEM
If no, then GET THE EFFECT ITEM
I would change that to

3. Are you able to get the point item and the effect item?
If yes, RUN!
If no, go to #4

4. Would the point item give me more points than the effect item would give?
If yes, then GET THE POINT ITEM
If no, then GET THE EFFECT ITEM

And for #4, you also have to think of the fruits. For example if you can get the big yellow crystal, it is worth more than or and the red one can be worth more than too.
And never overrate ! It is worth nothing without the 50k bonus. Okay, not nothing, but most of the point items (combined with the fruits' crystals) are worth more.
I have taken this several times in levels like 8 or 33 where it is impossible to reach all the stones (33 is possible with the key, but you have to be very fast and you will have to go to PD33). So if you can't get the 50k bonus, you will have to think about taking it.
The other pearls are worth enough, of course.

It all comes to the rarity of the item . I don't care if I have unblocked the item. If I get a Moss Pearl and after that there's a coef.6 item, I'll go for the Coef.6. And I would also get a on a easy level if the level I reach is hard. Therefore I will have a protective bubble + no drop-down time.

I don't cnow where to ask this, but who(or where) can I tall abot some problems thet I had in the game?
