If your account was created before *date I don't remember* (something like September 2008 ) you have this panel. If your account was created after that - don't. It is the same with 7 free games per week if you have reached HoF before that date. So you don't have that panel. Your account was created after mine.

hey i was bored the other day so i jumped into hell and i made it up to the stage with the game remote but i couldnt get to it could you please tell me how?

If you get close to it, it vanishes. If you want to get the real one, you have to find the pyramid pass first (after a long way through hell) and then, in a 2nd go through Hell, you can reach the level where the real one is

Why do I have 11 and 11 ?
I thought they stop appearing after you finish the quests,in which you need 10.

They stop appearing after you finished the game in which you completed the quests. So it seems like you got each one once more than necessary in the "last" game. (I once had 6 on another account)
