I don't know of any high-coeff item with a negative effect, so I can't understand why you'd want to see it but not get it. Could be the pile of ****, I suppose ... But I'd still call that more along the lines of ambivalence.

That clue is a pre-something (think it's prerequist or something or the sort), not the actuall quest.

The legendary 353rd item would match the last line (because you have to program and hack the game to find it ingame), but not the other ones; and since it is by now known that it is found in Soccerfest, none of the other lines fits.

I think I don't understand the last line too well... But I can't think of any other item matching the first two lines.

Silver mushroom fits all the clues, it just wasn't the one i was thinking of.
