I think the item 1139 is a wine,

item 1139 French equals Pétillante,

Pétillante means Sparkling,

so English Translation would be

Sparkling Soda, since Soda sparkles.

but not a common wine, a red fizzy wine, which you can drink whith pastry (MotionTwin Diet).

is called "Pommes de pierre". "Pommes de terre" are potatoes, so it's just a wordplay with "pierre" (stone) instead of "terre" (Earth). No walnut at all, though you don't want to put it into the original post.
